Mrs. Victoria Ann Sweat, 33, of Waycross died Sunday (April 1, 2012) after an extended illness. She was born in Waycross to Wayne Sherman and Lorrine Joyner Davis. Mrs. Sweat had made Waycross her home for all of her life and attended University Boulevard Church of God.

Victoria is survived by her husband Steve Sweat of Waycross, four sons, Carl King, Jr., of Waycross, David Ray of Jacksonville, Florida, Elmer King of Jacksonville, Florida, Jimmy Lee Ray of Jacksonville, Florida, her mother, Lorrine Davis and her husband William of Waycross, her father, Wayne Sherman of Waycross, four sisters, Donna Sherman of Waycross, Betty Sue Revels and her husband Andrew of Waycross, Tammy Arnett of Baxley, Marie Sherman of Jacksonville, Florida, three brothers, Wayne Sherman, Jr., of Virginia, Thomas Earl Sherman of Virginia, Chester Paul Sherman of Baxley, a great grandfather, Ivey Joyner of Waycross and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday morning, April 10, 2012 at the graveside in Booth Cemetery in Manor.
